Tonny Nielsen, Managing Director

Tonny has more than 20 years experience in the establishment and operation of international companies throughout Europe.

A multilingual entrepreneur, fluent in Danish, German and English, Tonny has worked across several industry sectors including investment banking, international franchising and commercial and residential property development.

He worked as Managing Director at one of the largest developers in Denmark on projects worth in excess of €250million with a key focus on sustainable development that respected the natural environment.

More recently, Tonny worked as Project Director for an international 5 star Hotel resort and Real Estate Development in Central Europe and was instrumental in putting together the core teams to realize the project including construction, finance and sales and marketing.

Tonny brings a wealth of experience to the Landcorp team and plays a key role in expanding the company into international markets as well as consolidating its presence in the key European markets.


 

Ailse MacFarlane, Marketing Director

Ailse was educated at University College Dublin where she achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree, studying strategy, international marketing, finance, human resource management, business law and economics and a diploma in direct marketing.

Initially working in London for the Prudential Bank, Ailse was part of the launch team for Egg Bank, the first internet bank in the UK launched in 1998. She subsequently worked at Egg for 6 years across different product areas including managing the development and launch of Egg Investments, the 1st online UK investment fund supermarket. Her career then progressed and prospered by relocating to Spain where she worked in several real estate companies with a specific focus on internet marketing and search engine optimisation.

Now firmly established within the Landcorp team, Ailse works closely with the Managing Director, in identifying and marketing new land and real estate opportunities, in response to global investment buying trends. This role is now expanding to include new territories such as Russia, Singapore and central Europe.

 


Juan Barrero, Financial Director

Juan graduated from the University of Seville with a Masters degree in Economics and Business Administration. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, UK CIMA part-qualified and a member of the Spanish Chartered Accountants Association.

Juan has more than 13 years experience within Finance and Accounting working across a broad range of industry sectors including construction, pharmaceutical, banking and real estate.

He also has extensive international experience working for Lastminute.com and Diageo (formerly Guiness/United Distillers).

At Landcorp International, Juan oversees Finance Team and focuses on management accountancy, reporting, multi currency budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

 

Tom Browning, Business Development Manager

Tom began his career working in the UK within the retail business specializing in sourcing commercial outlets for companies operating fast track expansion programs.

In 2003 he became Owner and Managing Director of his own successful real estate agency working on large international projects in both Spain and Croatia. 

As Business Development Manager at Landcorp International he brings a wealth of experience and real estate business knowledge to an expanding team. Tom is concentrating his efforts on building relationships with UK based real estate agents and IFA networks (Independent Financial Advisors) and is also creating contacts in Russia, the Middle East and South Africa.

 

Alex George, Sales Manager

Alex has more than 23 years experience in Sales and has worked extensively in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. For the past 10 years he has managed telemarketing and field sales teams in a range of industry sectors including publishing, sales promotion, real estate and an international banking rewards program.

Alex brings a wealth of experience to the Landcorp Sales team that is especially useful due to the global nature of our investors. Believing strongly in the benefit of building long term relationships with clients, Alex ensures that the Landcorp approach is consultative and informative.
